The area of this plot is 1500sq ft and has roads intersecting two sides of this plot with a North-eastern corner view.
The existing building was built in the 1980’s using load bearing wall in random rubble stone masonry foundation and was damaged due to leakage in the ceilings and the walls were weak too over the years.
As per the client’s brief, he wanted a spacious home with more natural light and due to several factors the previous structure was demolished without cutting down the existing neem trees situated in front (north side)of the building and a new proposal was designed.
Mr. M.Rajendran’s residence site is facing north side and has a beautiful Then Pennai River view on south side of this plot.
Basically he is an Fine Artist and has the passion for growing and maintaining house plants like more than 500 pots in the house.
As per the client’s brief, he wanted a sustainable and green home with more natural lighting and using natural material and even material can be reuse.
